Donald Lewis, age 25, was killed in a double shooting on July 21, 2013, in Chicago, Illinois. He was dropped off at Northwestern Memorial Hospital with a gunshot wound, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The shooting took place on the 2600 block of West 12th Place, as confirmed by the Cook County Medical Examiner�s office. Another individual, a 23-year-old man, was also shot during the same incident but survived, having been treated for a gunshot wound to the leg.
