In the late hours of a Friday night in Reno, Nevada, on February 24, 2017, a confrontation on a residential street turned deadly, claiming the life of 40-year-old Mark McMahon, a White / Caucasian male. The events leading to the fatal shooting began when McMahon�s 2007 Ford Mustang was parked in the northbound lane of Smithridge Drive, partially blocking Filbert Road. This obstruction led to an altercation with the occupants of a dark-colored passenger car with tinted windows.
