In the summer of 2019, a young father's life was tragically cut short in Colorado Springs. On July 11th of that year, police responded to a report of a shooting at an apartment complex. Upon arrival, they discovered a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was identified as Alex Franklin, a 27-year-old white male.
