Lawrence Howard, a 29-year-old male, was shot on the afternoon of January 29, 2020, in southeast Albuquerque near Kathryn Avenue and Arizona Street. Officers found him with a gunshot wound to the head; he was taken to a hospital as detectives began the investigation.
