In the early hours of a Wednesday in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the life of 16-year-old Judeah Dawson, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On April 22, 2020, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Cedar Rapids police responded to a call regarding a shooting.
