Norman �Bo� Bobo, a 54-year-old White male, was going about another Tuesday at B&B Wrecker Service, the towing and repair shop he owned on East 3rd Street in Hope, Arkansas, when the afternoon broke into chaos. Around 2:30 p.m. on March 7, 2017, police and sheriff�s deputies were called to the business. Officers arrived to find Bobo in front of the shop with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was rushed by Pafford EMS to Wadley Regional Medical Center at Hope and pronounced dead just before 3 p.m.
