On the evening of March 11, 2023, a dispute inside a motel room in Houston, Texas, turned fatal, ending the life of 31-year-old Robin Jay Strong Jr. Strong, a Black male, had arrived at the Mustang Inn on the North Freeway with another man and entered a room where several other people were gathered.
