On October 26, 2023, at approximately 11:16 p.m., 46-year-old Legious R. Minder Sr. was fatally shot in the parking lot of Chubby's Market, located at 154 W. St. Joseph�s Street on Easton's South Side. Minder, who was reportedly selling t-shirts at the time, was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The Northampton County Coroner's office ruled the death a homicide.
