In the late summer of 2024, a shooting incident cut short the life of Alex Hernandez, a 28-year-old Hispanic man from Philadelphia. On the evening of August 25th, police responded to a call on the 400 block of East Indiana Avenue, where they found Hernandez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
