In the late hours of a summer night in Savannah, Georgia, the life of Reginald Washington, a 43-year-old African-American male, was tragically cut short. On August 21, 2016, officers responded to a call in the 300 block of West 37th Street, where they discovered Washington suffering from a gunshot wound.
