Steven C. Vance Jr., 30, male, was shot and killed on the evening of May 11, 2024, near North 21st Street and West Clarke Street on Milwaukee�s north side. First responders were called just after 7:30 p.m., and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner identified the victim by name, and local reporting placed the time of the shooting at about 7:34�7:35 p.m. at that intersection.
