In the Capitol View neighborhood of Atlanta, on the evening of October 1, 2023, the life of 26-year-old Rodagus �RJ� Thomas, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. Just after 10:00 PM, Atlanta Police were dispatched to a home on Allene Avenue SW following a report of a person shot.
