Fabrice Matthew Robelin, a 19-year-old male, tragically lost his life on the evening of Wednesday, May 8, in the Lost Lakes neighborhood of Powder Springs, Georgia. An aspiring electrician and a 2023 graduate of McEachern High School, he had just completed his first semester of college.
