In the early evening of July 23, 2024, the life of 21-year-old Xavier Hoffman was tragically cut short in Savannah, Georgia. Officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Shawnee Street around 6:00 p.m. following a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival at the scene, they discovered Hoffman inside an apartment, suffering from a gunshot wound.
