On June 28, 2024, 38-year-old Dominique Reese was fatally shot in an incident that occurred near the Hogan�s Creek area in Jacksonville, Florida. Police were called to the scene on Kings Road, near North Davis Street, just before midnight, where they found Reese in her car with a gunshot wound. It was determined that Reese had been shot at a different location and had stopped at the scene to seek help. Despite being taken to a local hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.
