On New Year�s Day 2018, Manuel Valenzuela was fatally shot on Tucson�s south side after police were called to reports of gunfire near the 100�200 block of West Bilby Road just after 4 a.m. When officers arrived, they found his body lying in the roadway with clear gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
