A Hispanic / Latino male named Manuel �El Truco� Ramirez, aged 42, was shot and killed on April 22, 2014, in New Castle, Delaware. He was found in the Mobile Home Village Trailer Park, at lot 1 of 3115 New Castle Ave, suffering fatal gunshot wounds. Police arrived at about 7:09 PM to respond to a report of a shooting; Ramirez was discovered lying on the ground and pronounced dead at the scene. Cold case files identify the incident under case number 32-14-040463.
