Tymere Bailey, a 25-year-old Black man from New Castle, Delaware, was killed on the evening of April 25, 2016, in the Surratte Park area of the Dunleith community. Some memorial and obituary records spell his first name "Tymeer," but New Castle County police records identify him as Tymere Bailey.
