On September 18, 2016, a 19?year?old female victim, identified as **Keshall �KeKe� Anderson**, was shot and killed around 12:15?a.m. in the 200 block of West 20th Street in Wilmington, Delaware. The African?American 19?year?old woman was walking with a friend when a drive?by shooting unfolded. She was struck in the back and died from her injuries at the scene. A 19?year?old African?American male friend was also shot, sustaining non?fatal wounds to his leg and buttocks areas.
