Brinley Ann Edwards, a 4-year-old White girl, lived with her parents and two brothers in the Prices Corner area near Wilmington, Delaware. On the evening of July 9, 2018, Delaware State Police were sent to the family's home in the 2700 block of Ferris Road after authorities were alerted to a possible emergency.
