D�majah Tickles, a 19-year-old Black male, was shot on the night of May 19, 2021, in Wilmington, Delaware, near East 23rd and Carter Streets by the city�s Price Run neighborhood. First responders found the 19-year-old gravely wounded around 9:15 p.m., rushed him to the hospital, and he later died of his injuries.
