Dorian Wilson, a 32-year-old Black male, was found dead on the morning of October 28, 2021, after Delaware State Police were called to a gas station property in the New Castle area. Troopers responded at about 7:58 a.m. to the parking lot of Super Fuels at 3006 New Castle Avenue, where a report had come in that a man was lying next to the building. When officers and New Castle County Paramedics arrived, Wilson appeared to have been shot, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
