Frank Pavlovic, a 49-year-old White/Caucasian male from Laurel, Delaware, was killed in the early morning hours of April 7, 2022, after violence erupted outside a residence on the 18000 block of Laurel Road. Delaware State Police said troopers were called there at about 12:24 a.m. for a reported shooting. When they arrived, they found Pavlovic in the driveway with a gunshot wound to his upper torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
