Lamar Washington, a 30-year-old Black male from Wilmington, Delaware, was shot on September 13, 2022, in the Price Run area of Wilmington. The shooting happened in daylight, around 3:39 p.m., in the 2300 block of North Pine Street. When Wilmington police arrived, they found Washington suffering from gunshot wounds.
