Jesse Holley, a 29-year-old Black/African American male from Dover, Delaware, was killed in the early morning hours of October 16, 2022, after a shooting on South Bradford Street in Dover. Police said the case began around 1:12 a.m., when Dover officers were called to the 100 block of South Bradford Street for a report of gunfire.
