Nancy Kay Vickers, 59, a White/Caucasian woman, was found dead on September 23, 2014, in rural Custer County, South Dakota. Investigators from the Custer County Sheriff�s Office requested assistance from the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation that same day.
