Mondrelle Kellogg, a 25-year-old Black man from Birmingham, was killed on October 27, 2020, in the 100 block of Center Street South in the city�s North Titusville area. Late that afternoon, police were sent to the scene on a report of a person shot, and when officers arrived they found him on the ground in front of his car with a gunshot wound.
