In the early morning hours of January 6, 2016, the body of 36-year-old Djan R. Robinson was discovered lying in the 1000 block of Highland View Avenue in Richmond, Virginia. A passerby made the grim discovery at approximately 6:18 a.m. and immediately alerted the authorities.
