In the Kensington area of Philadelphia, a 21-year-old Caucasian male named Kevin Cummings was fatally shot on January 3, 2007. The incident occurred inside his residence on the 3000 block of Amber Street. Cummings sustained gunshot wounds to his face and head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
