Jamie Lee Hauger, a 30-year-old White male from the Connellsville area near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, died on October 31, 2008, after being stabbed in Pittsburgh�s Beltzhoover neighborhood. The attack happened in the early morning hours of October 19, 2008, near Warrington and Boggs avenues, a busy South Hills intersection where the ordinary rhythm of the city was broken by sudden violence. Jamie survived the initial stabbing and was taken for medical treatment, but the injury proved too severe.
