In the spring of 2009, the life of Glidie Cobbs, a 49-year-old Black man from the Fairywood neighborhood of Pittsburgh, was tragically cut short. On the evening of May 18th, what should have been a normal night at his residence in the 2000 block of Broadhead Fording Road turned into a scene of violence.
