Alberto Bague, a 29-year-old Hispanic male from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was killed in the early morning hours of April 6, 2010, in the Kensington section of the city. Around 12:15 a.m., the night on F and Thayer Streets turned violent when a man on a bicycle approached Bague near the 600 block of East Thayer Street. Witnesses told police the cyclist came up to him, fired at least one shot, and then rode away, disappearing from the scene before officers could catch him.
