In the summer of 2010, a young man's life was tragically cut short on the streets of Philadelphia. Jacob Wedgie, a 20-year-old male from the nearby community of Quakertown, was found on a Tuesday night in August near the intersection of 15th Street and West Indiana Avenue in North Philadelphia. He had sustained a gunshot wound to his chest.
