In the late hours of a Monday night in September 2011, tragedy struck in the Hazelwood neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Inside his home on West Elizabeth Street, 20-year-old Devin Martin Wheeler was found shot in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
