In the early hours of a Sunday morning in June 2012, the vibrant atmosphere of a block party in Northwest Philadelphia was shattered by a barrage of gunfire. When the chaos subsided, 31-year-old Eric Johnson lay dead, a victim of the shootout that erupted on the 3200 block of North Spangler Street.
