In the winter of 2020, a 15-year-old Black male named Saabir Mack from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was fatally wounded in a shooting. On the evening of Monday, December 28, 2020, at approximately 6:38 p.m., Saabir and another individual, Frank Smith, were found inside a white Chrysler on the 1200 block of South 51st Street. Both had sustained gunshot wounds.
