Devin Bullock, a 19-year-old Black/African American male from Philadelphia, was walking in the Brewerytown area on April 23, 2014, when gunfire broke out near the 2500 block of West Thompson Street. Police were called around 5:07 p.m. and found him suffering from gunshot wounds, with reports describing injuries to his abdomen, leg, right thigh, and groin.
