Jerrell Ingram, a 27-year-old Black male from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was found dead on the morning of September 4, 2014, inside a residence on the 500 block of Allengrove Street. Police were called to the home at about 10:02 a.m., and when officers entered, they discovered a violent scene that had already claimed two lives.
