Baylen Waters, a 45-year-old Black male from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was shot on Sunday night, October 25, 2015, on the 5100 block of Reno Street in Philadelphia. At about 10:59 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers were called to the block and found him lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. The scene appears to have unfolded suddenly and violently, leaving Waters critically injured before officers could get him to medical care.
