In the early morning hours of a November day, the life of Carlos A. Carrasquillo Jr., a 25-year-old Hispanic male from Philadelphia, was tragically cut short. On November 14, 2015, at approximately 2:00 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting on the 2500 block of North 2nd Street.
