On a Monday afternoon, November 23, 2015, the life of 25-year-old Hispanic male Herideyuis Hernandez was tragically cut short in Philadelphia. At approximately 3:00 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers were called to a residence on the 3600 block of North Jasper Street. Inside, they discovered that Hernandez had been murdered.
