In the early morning hours of July 1, 2016, a tragic event unfolded on the 2200 block of Tasker Street in Philadelphia. At approximately 12:31 a.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the night, prompting a response from the Philadelphia Police Department. Arriving at the scene, officers discovered a 2008 Chevy Impala with two individuals inside, both of whom had been shot.
