On the night of July 15, 2026, the life of 36-year-old Charles Talley was cut short in a fatal shooting in Alexandria, Virginia. The incident, which is being investigated as a homicide, took place at the ParcView Apartments on Holmes Run Parkway. Alexandria Police Department officers responded to reports of gunshots around 11:14 p.m. and found Talley suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite immediate life-saving measures by the officers, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
