On a summer afternoon in Saint Paul, Minnesota, the life of 56-year-old Dena M. Silcox was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. On July 20, 2026, Silcox, a dedicated employee at the Davern Park Apartments leasing office, was killed at her workplace alongside two of her colleagues, 43-year-old Adam J.
