In the summer of 2026, a workplace dispute in Nashville, Tennessee, escalated into a tragedy that claimed the life of 56-year-old Fredrick K. Lytton. On Tuesday, August 4th, at a U-Haul facility on Annex Avenue, what began as a verbal altercation over a drink between Lytton and his 23-year-old co-worker, Devin A. Rice, took a fatal turn.
