In the East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, a late-night dispute on March 30, 2026, ended in the tragic death of 38-year-old Shanquella Pigram. The incident, which also resulted in the death of 44-year-old Machillo Freeman, unfolded inside a residence, stemming from a heated argument.

The confrontation reportedly began between Freeman and another man, who was 31 years old at the time. As the altercation escalated, Freeman is said to have attacked the other man with a sharp object. ...
