Van Wilson, 57, a male from Bloomington, Illinois, was shot on the afternoon of October 21, 2025, in the parking lot of the Casey�s along Fox Creek Road on the city�s south side. Officers were called around 4:20 p.m., where bystanders were already trying to help as first responders arrived.
