Enemencio �Mitch� DeLaRosa, a 35-year-old Hispanic male from San Angelo, was found just after 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 20, 2025, with multiple gunshot wounds near 9th Street and Chadbourne Street. Officers rendered aid and he was taken to Shannon Medical Center, then transferred to a San Antonio hospital, where he died days later; his obituary records his passing on September 25, 2025. He had been born on February 5, 1990, and was widely known in his community by his nickname, �Mitch.�
