Jean Irene Bianchi, a 27-year-old white female from McHenry, Illinois, was a wife and mother of two young children. On the night of January 27, 1970, she left her home to do laundry at the Suds-n-Duds Laundromat in downtown McHenry. She never returned. Her disappearance triggered an immediate search by local and state authorities, including the McHenry City Police, Illinois State Police, McHenry County Sheriff�s Office, and the FBI.
