A 17-year-old Caucasian male named William?Byran?Lepko was last seen on January 29, 1980, in Wheeling, West Virginia. Lepko attended a party with an older man who had promised to purchase his blue Chevrolet Nova.
During the evening, the suspect�later identified as 23?year?old Caucasian Malcolm?Robbins�ended up in physical conflict with Lepko. Robbins claimed that after Lepko rebuffed his sexual advances, a fight broke out. He admitted stabbing Lepko in the stomach during the altercation.
